Upload File for Testing

Before you upload your file follow the steps below for file prep.

Preparing Indesign Files for Upload

An Indesign must be packaged and zipped before uploading.

  1. Go to the File menu and select Package.
  2. Package will preflight your file. If there are any issues handle them before continuing.
  3. Click on Package. Enter your contact info and brief description of the problem.
  4. Click on Continue.
  5. In the Save dialog box note the location of the folder. Click on Save.
  6. Find the folder and zip it. You are ready to upload.

Preparing Word and PowerPoint Files

Word and Powerpoint files need to have the fonts embedded before uploading.

  1. Go to the File menu and select Save As.
  2. In the Save As dialog box go to the Tools menu and select Save Options.
  3. In the Save Options dialog box check Embed TrueType Fonts. Click on OK.
  4. Click on Save. Use this file to upload.

File Types Accepted

The following file types are accepted for upload:

  • Acrobat (pdf)
  • Corel Draw (cdr)
  • Illustrator (ai)
  • JPEG (jpg)
  • Photoshop (psd)
  • PowerPoint (ppt)
  • TIFF (tif)
  • Word (doc)
  • Zip (zip) Indesign files must zipped

Maximum file size is 20 MB.
